Refund policy

Chained & Stoned will accept returns for items purchased on the online store that are received back within 30 days from the delivery date for a refund. Returns received after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted. We do not make exchanges. You may return for a refund and place a new order for the item, size, and color of your choice. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@chainedandstoned.com.

All returns MUST meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • No scents or odors
  • No rips, tears, scuffs, or tarnish's
  • No other signs of being worn
  • All tags must be attached
  • All original packaging must be included
  • No COD (Cash/Check on Delivery) packages will be accepted

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT IS REFUSED/CANNOT BE DELIVERED?

Shipped items that are either refused by the customer or cannot be delivered by the carrier will be returned to Chained & Stoned, and the customer will be credited for the product cost and tax, less shipping and handling. The customer will be required to place a new order and will be responsible for any associated shipping charges.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION? 

If you are a returning customer, you can easily update your information by logging into your account. You will find the "My Account" link located at the top of each page. Once you have accessed your account, you can click on the "Account Information" link to update your account information.

RETURN PROCESS

Step 1: Send an email to sales@chainedandstoned.com with the order receipt.

Step 2: Repackage items, include the order receipt, and post the package to:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items or anything that falls under the made-to-order category). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, as long as the item does not fall under the "made to order category". As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
